Farm Service Elevator, an affiliate of Life-Science Innovations, has a full-time opportunity as Invoicing Clerk-Feed Mill Coordinator. The role supports invoicing, customer service, order processing, and compliance tracking in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with internal teams and customers, learn procedures quickly, handle truck logistics, verify SQF logs, and ensure accurate feed invoicing and payments.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred
• Experience in administrative support preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented and well organized

Responsibilities

• Process invoicing and collect payments from customers
• Enter ingredient loads and update SQF logs
• Assist with truckers and routing
