Job summary

Life-Science Innovations is seeking an Invoicing Clerk-Feed Mill Coordinator to support invoicing, order processing, and customer service in a fast-paced facility in Willmar, Minnesota. The role collaborates with internal teams and customers, learning processes quickly and ensuring accurate data entry and compliance.

Core hours are 7:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday. Starting wage range is $21.07–$26.34 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, a company-matched 401(k), HSA, PTO,

Qualifications

• Associate degree in agriculture, business or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in administrative support, operations, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and grade inbound and outbound trucks under minimal supervision.
• Obtain ingredient samples at the scale.
• Enter ingredient loads and invoice customers for feed deliveries.
• Provide a high level of customer service and support.
• Process feed contract and trucker payments.
• Monitor SQF logs for Receiving and compliance.
