Job summary

Colossal Contracting, LLC is seeking an Invoicing Specialist to join our St. Petersburg, FL office. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, finance, or customer service within IT or government contracting.

You will manage daily invoicing, assist with billing documentation, and support revenue cycle activities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Full-time hours, Monday–Friday, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role in banking, accounting, or finance.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer invoices daily for mail, email, or electronic delivery.
• Process credit card payments and refunds.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
• Prepare reports on delinquent accounts and customer payment profiles.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and other finance projects.
• Verify billing data accuracy and ensure compliance with billing standards.
• Support the revenue cycle and assist the Billing Team as needed.
