Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures

Responsibilities

• Resolve queries and exceptions related to invoice processing
• Handle complex invoicing activities such as applications, mass uploads, and unique invoices
• Assist invoice processing analysts in resolving queries and incidents
• Act as surge support for invoice scanning, entry, and processing
• Monitor exception queues for new technologies
