Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Mortgage Servicing accounts payable or related roles.
• Experience with invoice automation platforms such as Black Knight Invoicing system.
• Knowledge of financial controls, audit requirements and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Review, validate, and process vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing issues, payment delays, and vendor inquiries.
• Ensure invoices are processed within established SLAs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance invoice processing efficiency.
• Support internal and external audit requests with invoice documentation and details.
• Participate in system testing and implementation of invoice management tools.
