Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with service providers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day flow of invoices through intake, validation, correction, approval and billing.
• Build and maintain relationships with service providers; secure missing invoices and required docs.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to clarify billing requirements and approvals.
• Use billing/ERP platforms, customer portals, and Excel with complete notes and next actions.
• Monitor queues, aging, rejections, and deadlines; drive issues to closure and improve cycle time.
