Job summary

INNIO Group, a global power solutions provider, seeks a Billing Specialist to support its North America Service Department. This onsite role in Houston focuses on billing administration, invoice processing, and customer service coordination.

You will review service documentation, ensure accurate billing, and collaborate across teams to resolve discrepancies, coordinating with Oracle systems and customer records for timely payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance/business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in billing, invoicing, or AR-related support.
• Experience reviewing POs, quotes, invoices, contracts, or related docs.
• Experience in service, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or technical environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and process invoices for service activities with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Review purchase orders, quotations, service reports, hours, expenses, and related docs for billing accuracy.
• Verify alignment of POs, quotes, and invoiced amounts before submission.
• Collaborate with billing teams to ensure data accuracy in Oracle and related systems.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with customer service, service managers, and work prep teams.
• Administer lifecycle of internal and external purchase orders, including tracking and records.
• Maintain accurate customer records, billing information, and account details.
• Track billing milestones and ensure invoicing aligns with contracts.
