Job summary

Taylor Hodson Staffing seeks an Investor Services Associate to support investor onboarding, account management, and fund operations. You will manage investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls, while partnering with internal teams and fund administrators to ensure accuracy and exemplary client service.

The role requires solid experience in investor onboarding and related capital activities, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel to navigate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within a sell-side bank, buy-side asset manager, hedge fund, private credit firm, or similar financial services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required, with experience supporting investor onboarding and account opening processes.
• Knowledge of alternative investment products and investor capital activity, including subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, transfers, and distributions.
• Strong communication, client service, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills, with proficiency in Excel and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor onboarding, account opening, maintenance, and closing across multiple investment strategies and platforms.
• Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls, distributions, and other capital activity.
• Provide high-touch investor service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with fund administrators and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Compliance, Operations, Treasury, Technology, and Fund Administration to ensure accurate account setup, documentation, and transaction processing.
• Maintain accurate investor records, coordinate required approvals, and ensure account and transaction activity is completed within established deadlines.
