Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in proposal writing, due diligence, or financial services is required.
• Familiarity with investment management, alternative investments, investor reporting, and compliance-sensitive communications is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with proposal management platforms, content databases, or artificial intelligence tools is preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, organization, project management, and communication skills with the ability to manage deadlines and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and well‑written responses to investor questionnaires, requests for proposals, and other information requests.
• Manage deliverables and timelines across multiple teams while communicating progress and escalating potential delays.
• Maintain standardized investor content, supporting data, and approved language within proposal management systems.
• Review investor materials and reports for consistency, accuracy, completeness, and appropriate presentation.
• Respond to ad hoc requests and assist with investor reporting, onboarding, and portal administration.
