  • Support client meetings, calls, presentations, webinars, and prospect interactions, including preparation and presentation of materials and follow‑up items.
  • Track service requests, deadlines, and action items to ensure service standards and business development timelines are met.
  • Maintain internal records, CRM updates, and required documentation in accordance with firm policies.
  • Contribute to process improvements, service efficiencies, and enhancements to internal workflows and resources.
Qualifications

  • Zero (0) to three (3) years of experience in financial services, client service, or sales support.
  • Interest in investments, portfolio management, or financial institutions.

  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead through influence and collaboration rather than direct authority.
