Job Overview – Senior Analyst (Strategic Finance & Corporate Development)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Analyst (Strategic Finance & Corporate Development) in Delaware County, PA for our client, supporting corporate development, strategic finance, investor relations, and alternative investment initiatives within a growing financial services organization. This highly visible role offers broad exposure across co‑investments, capital markets, strategic analysis, and executive‑level reporting while partnering closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial modeling and analytical skills, experience within transaction‑oriented or investment environments, and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced setting.

Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000/year + bonus

Location: Delaware County, PA

Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)

Responsibilities as the Senior Analyst (Strategic Finance & Corporate Development)
  • Investment Analysis: Support evaluation, diligence, and analysis of co‑investments, direct investments, and alternative investment opportunities.
  • Financial Modeling: Build financial models, valuation analyses, reporting tools, and presentation materials for investment, strategic finance, and executive initiatives.
  • Investor Relations Support: Assist with investor materials, earnings preparation, analyst tracking, roadshow support, and quarterly reporting activities.
  • Strategic Reporting: Prepare board materials, market research, peer analysis, and executive reporting related to strategic and financial initiatives.
  • Capital Markets Analysis: Support credit risk transfer, collateral analysis, cash flow modeling, and reinsurance‑related reporting and analytics.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, investor relations, corporate development, and leadership teams on ad hoc analysis and strategic projects.
Qualifications for the Senior Analyst (Strategic Finance & Corporate Development)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is required.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience within corporate development, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, valuation services, public accounting, or strategic finance is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of financial modeling, valuation methodologies, alternative investments, capital markets, and financial statement analysis is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required, while experience with large data sets, reporting tools, SAS, or similar analytical platforms is preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, presentation skills, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently are required.
