Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Relationship Management and Product Management globally to centralize processes.
• Capture investor data during onboarding and lifecycle maintenance.
• Respond to and resolve investor inquiries promptly.
• Escalate complex cases to senior team leads.
• Reconcile data with Fund Administrators and resolve breaks.
• Manage investor data rooms including setup and maintenance.
• Assist in onboarding document reviews (subscription, AML/KYC, tax).
• Help develop and implement new workflows leveraging technology to improve processes.
• Build a network across the firm and with external vendors to promote best practices across operations.
