Ares Management Corporation’s AREX Client Services team seeks an Analyst/Associate to coordinate front-end AREX transactions, working with financial advisors, investors, and underwriting. You’ll manage documents, enable KYC/AML reviews, and ensure accurate data in Salesforce for timely closings.

You'll serve as a primary contact during applications, tracking deadlines and milestones while liaising across product, sales, and closing teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients and detailed documentation.
• Familiarity with trust, LLC, partnership, and corporate entity docs.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML processes is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Disseminate and track offering/marketing materials to financial advisors.
• Guide advisors and clients during the application phase on required docs and timelines.
• Review investor and loan applications for completeness and compliance.
• Maintain investor data in internal systems and Salesforce.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth transfer to AREX Closing.
