Ares Management LLC is seeking a client services professional for AWMS to support investor services and transfer agency operations. You will help service shareholders and financial advisors, process transactions, and assist onboarding and controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to learn and utilize service provider technology systems.
• Effective communication with external financial advisor clients and investors.
• Highly organized and dependable.
• Experience in investment management operations or fund administration is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality shareholder servicing to stockholders and financial advisors, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Provide pre-sale shareholder operational support.
• Support timely processing of shareholder transactions including distributions, redemptions, statements, and tax reporting.
• Coordinate proxy voting procedures.
• Ensure timely communication with affiliated wholesaling broker-dealers.
• Assist with broader operations functions as needed.
