Job summary

You will coordinate with internal and external teams, maintain investor records, respond to inquiries, and help scale the onboarding workflow while building strong relationships across the firm and external partners.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, self-driven role within financial services.
• Experience with Salesforce and Intralinks is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional skills.
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent finance/business education.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Relationship Management and Product Management to centralize processes across Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax, Compliance and Technology.
• Capture investor data during onboarding and lifecycle maintenance.
• Respond to investor inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify and elevate complex cases to senior team leads.
• Reconcile data with Fund Administrators and resolve breaks.
• Manage investor data rooms, set up, and document maintenance.
• Support onboarding review and training on new workflows using technology.
