Job summary

Ares Wealth Management Solutions (AWMS) is seeking a blended Client Services Operations and Data Analyst to support investor servicing, transfer agency oversight, and data operations. The role emphasizes data integrity, workflow coordination, and cross-functional execution within AWMS.

Responsibilities include managing processing cycles (subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, commissions, and tax reporting), validating data, and driving process improvements with technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-3 years in operations, client services, data analytics, project management, or similar in financial services.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in peak periods.
• Highly organized and capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain workflow tools to track processes and deadlines across AWMS client services.
• Coordinate subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, commissions, and reporting cycles.
• Serve as a central contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Organize recurring meetings, status reporting, and documentation to promote transparency and execution discipline.
• Validate recurring data processes, identify and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and external vendors.
• Act as a point of contact for internal data requests (AUM reporting, DDQs, ad hoc analytics).
• Coordinate and support year-end tax reporting across multiple products and validate data from transfer agents.
• Identify areas to improve processes and partner with technology teams to enhance reporting and data validation.
