Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Investor Reporting Vice President to lead a team responsible for investor remitting and reporting in multifamily, commercial, affordable, and structured loans.

You will partner with agencies such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, oversee reporting governance, drive process improvements, and ensure timely, accurate investor communications while maintaining strong internal controls and client service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor reporting and/or commercial mortgage loan servicing.
• Experience leading others and training, workflow oversight, or QA accountability.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with quality control discipline.
• Excellent business communication skills to influence across departments.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with large data sets and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Investor Reporting Associates.
• Own capacity planning and workload allocation for monthly/quarterly cycles and peak periods.
• Establish and reinforce quality standards, review practices, and escalation protocols to reduce defects.
• Oversee preparation of cash reporting and remittances to investors (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac).
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of investor reports and related reconcilations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of agency guides, servicing agreements, and key dates/terms; document exceptions.
• Adhere to internal policies, process controls, and contractual obligations while meeting investor obligations.
• Lead a strong control environment: implement procedures, reviews, and audit readiness.
• Drive process improvements to improve timeliness, accuracy, and resiliency.
• Maintain strong investor relations and interact with Agency partners and internal stakeholders.
