Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel with advanced formulas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cash reporting and remittances to investors.
• Ensure timely submission of investor reports for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and master servicers.
• Ensure compliance with agency guides, servicing agreements, and key dates from servicing contracts.
• Adhere to internal policies, controls and management directives while meeting contractual obligations.
• Stay current with evolving, fast-paced business initiatives and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Develop understanding of broader business context and how team deliverables align to outcomes.
• Research and summarize results to respond to inquiries from investors, auditors, and rating agencies.
• Maintain investor relations and interact with internal and external customers.
• Document and maintain procedures for responsible tasks.
• Assume additional responsibilities as needs change.
