Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting/finance background.
• In-depth understanding of the manufactured housing market and related financial regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Investor Reporting operations, including daily/weekly transactions and month-end close.
• Support development and implementation of strategic plans for the manufactured home mortgage servicing division.
• Manage servicing transfers inbound, internal, and outbound for tracking and reconciliation.
• Monitor and support servicing of Freddie Mac loan portfolio.
• Develop policies for servicing manufactured home loans related to Investor Reporting.
• Monitor regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
• Build and maintain relationships with investor clients, dealers, builders, and industry stakeholders.
• Provide support for investor remittances and resolve disputes.
• Collaborate with accounting on investor relations.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics for investor reporting daily operations.
