Job summary

JPMorganChase in Chicago seeks a Client Associate for the Commercial Term Lending team. You will build relationships, support growth opportunities for clients, and help manage the loan package process from pre-approval to funding.

You will analyze cash flow and appraisal data for commercial multifamily properties, contribute to marketing strategies, and collaborate with internal partners to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a commercial real estate firm or financial services.
• Strong desire to be a contributing member on a sales team.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts; proficient in MS Office with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent time management, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, ambitious, team player.
• Detail oriented; able to follow standard operating policies and procedures.
• Able to identify new sources of business by researching industry events, publications, and announcements.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong business relationships through proactive calling of prospects and existing clients.
• Implement the marketing plan, including direct mailings, thought leadership digital mailings, and proprietary client events.
• Interact with clients to understand their business needs and offer creative ways to grow their real estate portfolio.
• Analyze commercial multifamily real estate cash flow and valuation.
• Model financial scenarios to select the best mortgage product for the client.
• Set expectations with the client and review the loan process from pre-approval through funding.
• Drive the loan package through the process by coordinating with internal partners.
