Job summary

BrightShore Mortgage is seeking an Investor Reporting Specialist in Ocala, FL to ensure accurate monthly investor reports for agency and private investors, including cash and non-cash transactions and custodial reconciliations.

You will collaborate across departments, analyze servicing data, and maintain compliance with Regulation AB, USAP, and investor guidelines, while meeting tight deadlines and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in mortgage servicing, investor reporting, accounting or financial operations preferred
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, lookups and pivots
• Knowledge of servicing guidelines (Reg AB, USAP) is a plus
• Experience with custodial account reconciliations and remittance processing is preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit timely investor reports for agency and private investors
• Process cash and non-cash transactions in servicing system ensuring data integrity
• Reconcile custodial accounts and resolve variances with required timeframes
• Monitor daily cash activity, ensuring wires and transfers are accurate
• Investigate discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams and vendors
• Support testing for servicing system updates affecting reporting workflows
• Post general ledger entries and wire requests to ensure remittances are timely
• Analyze loan-level exceptions and data variances with Excel and reporting tools
• Maintain procedures and process documentation for audit readiness
• Assist in responses to audits and regulatory inquiries
