Job summary

Freedom Mortgage is seeking an Analyst, Investor Reporting Sr to prepare and reconcile monthly investor reports and remittances for loan activity. The role involves analyzing cash movements, resolving variances, and responding to internal and external inquiries related to investor reporting.

Responsibilities include pool-to-security reconciliations, managing custodial accounts, and coordinating with GSE/non-GSE representatives to ensure compliance with investor guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1–2 years related experience.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent math aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret business reports and regulatory guidance.
• Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae reporting.
• Background in loan servicing and investor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile monthly investor reports and remittances.
• Analyze system cutoff activity and remittance methodology.
• Perform pool-to-security reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Monitor custodian accounts to prevent overdrafts and fund advances as needed.
• Support audits by providing requested documentation.
