Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile monthly investor reports and remittances.

• Maintain relationships with GSE/non-GSE representatives for servicing and reporting.
• Monitor custodial accounts to prevent overdrafts and arrange advances when needed.
• Respond to investor inquiries and provide required documentation for audits.
