Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Investor Relations to support quarterly reporting, prepare the shareholder letter, conference call script, and investor presentations, and coordinate related logistics.

You will maintain the internal financial consensus model, analyze 13-F filings for quarterly ownership insights, monitor market research, and assist with investor marketing efforts such as roadshows and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of IR/sell-side/buy-side, investment banking, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Financial statements and disclosures understanding.
• Excellent relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly reporting, including shareholder letter, conference call script, investor presentation, and Q&A logistics.
• Prepare executive briefing materials and coordinate investor marketing efforts (non-deal roadshows, conferences).
• Maintain internal financial consensus model and track sell-side estimates and valuation metrics.
• Analyze 13-F filings and develop quarterly ownership reports showing shareholder composition and activity.
• Monitor peers, sell-side research, media coverage, and market research for intelligence and trends.
• Maintain IR databases and research library.
