Responsibilities

• Prepare qualitative and quantitative responses for prospective investors for due diligence.
• Create personalized quarterly investor reports including cash flow projections and asset performance.
• Prepare Annual Investor Meeting presentations.
• Create fund PPMs and presentations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve processes and outputs.
• Collaborate with Acquisitions, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Accounting, Legal and others.
