Job summary

The SR Group is a global recruitment firm seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and focus on the Investor Relations market. This 360-recruitment role targets candidates across Investor Relations and related financial services markets, delivering end-to-end hiring solutions.

You will develop client relationships, manage searches, and build a strong network of Investor Relations professionals while meeting revenue and placement goals in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of agency recruitment or staffing experience.
• Experience recruiting within Investor Relations, finance, or investment management markets.
• Experience in a 360-recruitment role with business development, client management, and candidate delivery.
• Understanding of the Investor Relations and financial services talent market.
• Strong networking, communication, and consultative sales skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and motivated by growing your market and desk.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven staffing environment with a high-touch approach.
• Collaborative and committed to a long-term career in a specialist recruitment firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development and client management through candidate delivery and placement.
• Build and develop relationships with clients across Investor Relations and broader investment management market.
• Identify new business opportunities while growing relationships with existing clients.
• Recruit Investor Relations professionals across a range of levels and organizations.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates within the Investor Relations community.
• Source, assess, and manage candidates throughout the interview, offer, and placement process.
• Develop understanding of the market and provide clients and candidates with insights on compensation, talent availability, and hiring trends.
• Deliver against revenue, activity, and placement goals.
• Partner with colleagues across the business to identify cross-selling opportunities and expand client relationships.
• Contribute to the continued growth of Investor Relations recruitment offering.
