SDL Tech Search seeks an senior leader to manage Investor Relations technology initiatives supporting global fundraising, investor communications, and LP servicing across multiple platforms. You will lead a blended team of onshore analysts and offshore developers, aligning with IR stakeholders and external partners to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

The role requires deep IR technology expertise, strong leadership, and a proactive ownership mindset, with exposure to senior business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related discipline.
10+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, or technology delivery within buy-side investment management or asset management environments.
Experience supporting investor-facing operations within private equity, private credit, or similar organizations.
Hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and supporting investor lifecycle solutions.

Responsabilités

Lead discovery, documentation, validation, and testing of technology solutions supporting global fundraising and investor relations activities.
Translate complex objectives into detailed technical specs and actionable project plans.
Oversee CRM, data analytics, deal management, LP reporting, and related applications.
Mentor onshore analysts and offshore developers, QA, and architects; manage vendors and app support partners.
