Job summary

Plains is seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator in Houston to support earnings activities, investor communications, and roadshows. You will manage calendars, databases, and executive communications, coordinating travel and events with precision.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years in project and event planning, preferably in finance or CFO support. Hybrid/onsite work with travel as needed and a strong emphasis on teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, in a related field.
• 3–4 years in project and event planning or investor relations support.
• Experience supporting CFO suite or corporate access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly earnings activities, including calls, webcasts, and disclosures.
• Publish earnings content and manage investor communications calendars.
• Oversee IR inbox, meetings, and investor inquiries with executives.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and vendor records for IR.
