Job summary

Qualifications

  • High degree of tact, diplomacy, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and event logistics.
  • Ability to prepare reports, support presentations, and respond to information requests.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Investor Relations database and information flow, handling confidential and non-routine information.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for investors, representing the company with professionalism.
  • Track and record meeting histories and investment community contacts in the CRM.
  • Prepare first drafts of Analyst Report emails for the executive team.
  • Respond to a wide variety of information requests, policies, procedures, and executive actions.
  • Support the SVP, Investor & Public Relations, with ad hoc PowerPoint and graphics requests.
  • Coordinate event participation, planning, and logistics for Investor & Public Relations activities.
  • Organize and manage complex calendar schedules with internal and external contacts.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel for executives and team members.
  • Prepare expense reports in compliance with company policies, manage filing, mail distribution, and greet visitors.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PR Coordinator for a 90-day contract, with the potential for extension. This hybrid role requires 3-4 days onsite per week. The PR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Investor and Public Relations activities, including event logistics, project support, calendar and travel management, and expense reporting. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of direct office administration experience, preferably supporting corporate, executive, or investor relations teams, and will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skill. This is a fast-paced environment where strong communication, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage and maintain the Investor Relations database and information flow, handling confidential and non-routine information.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for investors, representing the company with professionalism and tact.
