Job summary

Plains is seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator to support earnings activities, investor communications, and investor relations systems. The role collaborates with executives and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting and engagement with the investment community.

The ideal candidate will coordinate calendars, manage inquiries, and assist with presentations, budgeting, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–4 years of direct accountability in project and event planning.
• Energy and/or finance experience is a plus.
• Previous experience supporting CFO suite, corporate access or investor relations teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly earnings activities, including conference calls, webcasts, earnings materials, disclosures and investor communications.
• Create and publish earnings-related content and graphics in collaboration with Communications and Legal.
• Manage Investor Relations calendars, databases and meeting records to support earnings activities and investor targeting.
• Assist with updating the Investor Relations website and investor-facing information.
• Coordinate all logistics of investor events, including travel, registrations, accommodations and support.
