Job summary

Lumen Technologies seeks a Senior Director of Investor Relations to lead the IR strategy, align external communications with business goals, and strengthen investor confidence. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Communications, or a related field.
12+ years of progressive experience in Investor Relations or related capital markets disciplines.
5+ years of leadership experience in Investor Relations or related function.
Experience supporting enterprise software, cloud/SaaS, or high‑tech publicly traded companies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's investor relations strategy and external narrative.
Advise CEO, CFO, and Board on investor sentiment, market perceptions, and capital markets trends.
Lead investor relations communications, earnings materials, and investor events.
Manage relationships with investors, analysts, rating agencies, and portfolio managers.
Synthesize market intelligence into actionable recommendations for executives and the Board.
