• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Investor Relations or related capital markets discipline.
• 5+ years of leadership experience within Investor Relations or related function.
• Significant public‑company Investor Relations experience including earnings and disclosures.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, valuation methods, and investor expectations.
• Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and public‑company reporting obligations.
• Proven ability to translate complex information into a clear investment narrative.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the investor relations strategy and external narrative.
• Advise CEO, CFO, and Board on investor sentiment and market dynamics.
• Create and communicate the company’s investment thesis across stakeholders.
• Lead investor targeting and engagement with analysts, PMs, and rating agencies.
• Analyze market intelligence and translate insights into executive recommendations.
• Oversee investor‑facing communications, earnings materials, and events.
• Ensure compliant disclosures with Finance, Legal, and Strategy teams.
• Shape communications around strategic transformations and capital decisions.
• Monitor shareholder composition and market developments to advise leadership.
• Develop a high‑performing Investor Relations function.
