Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in Investor Relations, Finance, Treasury, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Strategy, or related capital markets discipline.
5+ years of leadership experience within Investor Relations or related function.
Public-company IR experience including earnings, investor/analyst engagement and disclosures.
Deep understanding of capital markets, valuation methodologies, financial statements, and investor expectations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s IR strategy and narrative for investors and analysts.
Advise the CEO, CFO, and Board on investor sentiment and market dynamics.
Lead investor-facing communications, earnings materials, and investor events.
