Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in financial services related to trading, portfolio management, risk management, and/or investment risk across asset classes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong quantitative skills with independence in risk analysis.
• Experience with Python, SQL and Tableau for data analysis.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Measure, monitor, and independently assess risks in investment activities; escalate issues to senior management.
• Monitor stress, performance, liquidity, and counterparty risk metrics and analyze outliers.
• Collaborate with investment, in-business, and independent risk teams to understand risk profiles of Alternative funds and portfolios.
• Support improvements to transparency and infrastructure for capturing and reporting risk exposures.
• Identify and highlight emerging risks across portfolios and assess potential business impact.
• Identify opportunities to improve risk oversight processes, policies, and procedures for Investment, Liquidity and Counterparty Risk.
