Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Alternative Investment Specialist to support private client advisors and their clients with hedge funds, private equity, and other strategies.

You will help manage documents, coordinate with partners, and ensure timely, accurate processing. You will learn our procedures, stay compliant, and collaborate with advisors, clients, and cross-functional teams to move transactions forward.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Financial Services Experience.
• Interest in alternative investments and willingness to learn.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Alternatives documents, including submission and monitoring.
• Support Private Client Advisors and clients with service requests and alt investments.
• Gather required documentation and coordinate with partners to ensure timely, accurate completion of transactions.
• Respond to basic inquiries related to alternative investments and escalate complex issues.
• Learn and follow procedures, compliance requirements, and industry best practices to ensure activities are executed accurately.
• Collaborate with Advisors, clients, and cross-functional teams to collect information and facilitate approvals.
• Track the progress of requests and provide status updates to Advisors and clients.
• Develop foundational knowledge of alternative investments including hedge funds, private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay current on product offerings and regulatory updates.
• Contribute to teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the operations support team.
• Seek guidance and mentorship from senior team members for professional development.
