Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2-3 years experience working in project teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems and to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Flexible team player with ability to work independently.
• Strong interest in alternative investments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mid-stream transaction execution from late due diligence to fund launch.
• Analyze investment strategy, competitor funds and market positioning as required.
• Collaborate with legal, tax and product teams on offering materials.
• Develop marketing materials presenting key points and investment considerations.
• Sign-off on subscription documents and train marketing force on execution.
• Review and communicate non-standard issues to global middle office prior to launch.
• Educate AIG Investment Specialist Team on transactions for regional queries.
• Coordinate ongoing relationship management with fund managers and service partners.
• Assist due diligence in monitoring investments post-placement.
• Support deal pipeline decisions and manage offering calendars and closings.
