Qualifications

• At least 1 year of financial services experience
• Interest in alternative investments and willingness to learn
• Must hold or obtain Series 7 license within 90 days of starting in the role
• Must hold or obtain Series 66 license within 90 days of starting in the role
• If registered after Oct 1, 2018 you must also have a valid and active Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam

Responsibilities

• Manage Alternatives documents, submission and monitoring
• Support Private Client Advisors and clients with service requests and alternative investment transactions
• Coordinate with partners to ensure timely transaction completion
• Respond to basic inquiries and escalate complex issues
• Follow operational procedures, compliance requirements, and guidelines to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with Advisors, clients, and cross-functional teams to gather information and facilitate approvals
• Track the progress of requests and provide status updates to Advisors and clients
• Develop foundational knowledge of alternative investments (hedge funds, private equity, private credit, private real estate, infrastructure)
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay current on product offerings and regulatory updates
• Contribute to teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the operations support team
• Seek guidance from senior team members for professional development
