Qualifications

0-2 years of professional experience, internships acceptable.

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus; will develop proficiency over time.
Strong executive function with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Transaction and Investor Support: track investors in Salesforce CRM, create contact records, log interactions.
Draft and prepare data analyses and presentations for investor engagements and internal discussions.
Coordinate call scheduling, meeting agendas, and deliverable updates.
Data Management, Reporting, and Systems Ownership: deepen Salesforce CRM expertise and ensure data integrity.
Track investor feedback and maintain investor profiles across systems.
Collaborate with operations to reconcile data and improve reporting capabilities.
Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and gaps in data and drive resolution.
