Job summary

Wynn Developers in Columbus, Ohio seeks an Investor Marketing Manager to own the systems, content, and campaigns that attract accredited investors. You’ll run our CRM, nurture sequences, and lead-generation content across email, SMS, social, and paid ads.

You’ll manage organic social channels, craft investor newsletters, maintain landing pages and website content, and use AI tools to produce on-brand copy. Preference for experience with real estate syndication or funds.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital-raising or investor-focused marketing, or in-house marketing at a real estate fund.
• Built and managed a CRM with automations and nurture sequences.
• Ran paid social ads for lead generation.
• Strong copywriting for emails, social, and landing pages.
• Managed organic social and a content calendar.
• Experience marketing to accredited and high-net-worth investors.
• Familiarity with private offerings and investor funnels.
• WordPress and basic video editing skills.
• Highly organized and self-directed; able to run marketing autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the CRM: pipeline stages, automations, segmentation, and reporting.
• Build and run nurture sequences, email and SMS marketing, and lead-magnet delivery.
• Manage organic social: content calendar and consistent posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Write and send newsletters and investor updates.
• Create content for social, website, and campaigns.
• Run paid advertising for investor lead generation and optimize performance.
• Maintain website content and lead-generation pages.
• Use AI content tools to produce on-brand copy efficiently.
• Coordinate and repurpose video content for social, web, and email.
