Wynn Developers in Columbus, Ohio seeks an Investor Marketing Manager to own the systems, content, and campaigns that attract accredited investors. You’ll run our CRM, nurture sequences, and lead-generation content across email, SMS, social, and paid ads.

You’ll manage organic social channels, craft investor newsletters, maintain landing pages and website content, and use AI tools to produce on-brand copy. Preference for experience with real estate syndication or funds.

• Experience in capital-raising or investor-focused marketing, or in-house marketing at a real estate fund.
• Built and managed a CRM with automations and nurture sequences.
• Ran paid social ads for lead generation.
• Strong copywriting for emails, social, and landing pages.
• Managed organic social and a content calendar.
• Experience marketing to accredited and high-net-worth investors.
• Familiarity with private offerings and investor funnels.
• WordPress and basic video editing skills.
• Highly organized and self-directed; able to run marketing autonomously.

About the role

The Investor Marketing Manager owns the systems and content that attract, nurture, and convert accredited investors. You’ll build and run our CRM and funnel, manage our organic social presence, run paid ads, and produce the content and investor communications that fill the top of the funnel.

• Ran paid social ads for lead generation
• Strong copywriting for email, social, and landing pages
• Managed organic social and a content calendar
• Experience marketing to accredited and high-net-worth investors
• Familiarity with private offerings and investor funnels
• WordPress and basic video editing
• Highly organized and self-directed
• Able to run marketing autonomously and report on a regular rhythm
