Job summary

Stallion Capital Management is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead investor acquisition for the Investor First Fund. You will own the qualified prospect pipeline and drive spend across cold email, paid media, events, and dinners, coordinating agencies and in-house tools to hit funding goals.

You will manage the prospecting engine from strategy to execution, including dinners, warm hand-offs, and metrics reporting in HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in investor acquisition, capital raising, growth, or demand generation, with ownership of a pipeline number.
• Directing agencies or vendors (cold email, paid media, or both) and getting outcomes.
• Multi-channel judgment across email, paid, events, and direct outreach with distributive budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Own the volume and quality of qualified investor prospects delivered to the capital formation team.
• Decide channel mix and allocate budget across dinners, email, paid media, events, referrals, and new channels.
• Manage agencies (cold-email, YouTube ads), set strategy, budgets, deliverability, and outcomes.
• Own investor dinners: invite lists, RSVP/attendance, and turning attendees into 1:1 meetings.
• Collaborate with fundraising to prospect and hand off warm leads.
• Develop a playbook by studying comparable funds and bring best practices in-house.
• Own HubSpot data and reporting: cost per prospect, meeting, and funded investor by channel.
