Job summary

Wynn Developers is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to own the investor experience end to end in Columbus, OH. You will build the investor pipeline, bring in new accredited and high-net-worth investors, and guide each raise from interest to funded.

Responsibilities include onboarding with counsel, managing investor communications (updates, calls, distributions, K-1s), and keeping the CRM clean and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in entrepreneurial settings and raising investor funds.
• Proven track record closing accredited and high-net-worth investors.
• Experience with private real estate, syndications, funds, or private placements.
• Highly organized with strong pipeline and CRM discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-directed and autonomous.
• Trustworthy and relationship-driven.

• Cultivate and close accredited and high-net-worth investors.
• Own each raise from interest to funded.
• Coordinate onboarding with counsel for subscription docs.

• Maintain CRM cleanliness and ensure compliance.

About the role

The Investor Relations Associate owns the investor experience end to end: building the pipeline, bringing new investors into deals, keeping current investors informed, and getting every raise funded on time.

What you’ll do

• Build and work the investor pipeline; add new qualified prospects to the CRM each week
• Cultivate and close new accredited and high-net-worth investors
• Own each raise: track commitments to target and drive investors from interest to funded
• Run onboarding with counsel: subscription docs, accreditation, funding
• Own investor communications: updates, calls, distributions, K-1s
• Keep the CRM clean and all activity compliant

• Personally cultivated and closed investor leads, with a dollar figure raised
