Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in investor relations or capital formation.
• Experience within real estate, private equity, private credit or alternatives preferred.
• Strong understanding of fundraising lifecycle and investor management.
• Proficiency with CRM, data management and reporting tools.
• Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business or economics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising across multifamily funds, co-investment vehicles and private credit strategies.
• Own and improve CRM and investor pipeline management processes.
• Develop scalable processes for investor prospecting, outreach, meeting prep, follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to utilize AI, automation and tech to improve research and productivity.
• Conduct research on prospective investors and wealth managers.
• Develop investor segmentation and targeting strategies for high-value relationships.
• Prepare leadership for investor meetings with profiles and materials.
• Coordinate post-meeting follow-up and pipeline progression.
• Assist with investor presentations, pitchbooks and due diligence materials.
• Coordinate investor communications across equity and credit strategies.
• Work with investment, asset management and accounting teams for reporting.
• Analyze fundraising activity to provide visibility into engagement and progress.
• Evaluate IR systems and recommend improvements as the platform scales.
