Qualifications
- 12+ years in Talent Acquisition, including investments/financial services.
- Experience leading executive officer and senior leadership searches.
- Ability to influence senior executives and set workforce strategy.
- Strong stakeholder management and change leadership.
- Demonstrated use of analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Investments Talent Acquisition team and strategic partnerships.
- Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill leadership roles.
- Partner with executives on workforce planning and governance.
- Drive data-driven decisions and employer branding for investment talent.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and compliance.
