Job summary

Orion is seeking a Manager, Investment Solutions to lead a high-performing client service team across multiple product lines in the United States. You will drive onboarding efficiency, educate power users, and maintain rigorous service standards while collaborating with Risk, Compliance, and Financial Planning teams.

You’ll mentor staff, manage performance, and coordinate with home office and conferences to strengthen client relationships and platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• 3+ years in customer service, financial services, or technology role.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing support team across multiple lines of business.
• Evaluate and manage product lines, oversee system upgrades, and QA automated workflows.
• Drive onboarding efficiency and adoption metrics while maintaining client service standards.
• Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and manage staffing needs.
• Represent Orion in home office visits and customer events.
• Track KPIs such as CSAT, onboarding, and platform engagement.
