ORION is seeking a Manager, Investment Solutions to lead a high-performing support team across multiple product lines, including Risk, Compliance, Financial Planning, Trading, and Cost Basis. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, process improvement, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and drive operational plans aligned with financial targets, delivering an exceptional client experience and faster onboarding timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in customer service or technology-related role; leadership preferred.
• Certifications relevant to assigned line of business to be determined with Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing support team across multiple Orion product lines.
• Oversee quarterly system evaluations, test plans, and QA for new functionality.
• Identify process improvements to reduce onboarding time and improve efficiency.
• Mentor team members through feedback and best practices.
• Manage hiring, training, performance reviews, and salary recommendations.
• Track team KPIs such as CSAT, onboarding completion, and adoption metrics.
