Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a in-office Financial Services Assistant in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities include preparing financial plans, conducting market inquiries, and handling client trades for Financial Advisors.

The role requires English fluency, FINRA licenses, and strong organizational skills. Monday–Friday, office-based at 3630 Peachtree Road NE, with focus on client service and operational support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and related training.
• Experience in the securities industry and/or a sales assistant role.
• Knowledge of securities markets and brokerage accounts.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisors in servicing clients including preparing financial plans and completing client trades.
• Receive and place orders; respond to market info and order features.
• Process corporate actions requiring a license.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings and administer data in Salesforce.
• Assist with calendar management and travel/time optimization for advisors.
• Identify sales opportunities using product knowledge.
• Provide operational guidance to Advisors.
