Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of administrative, investment services, or financial operations experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review all new account paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update prospect and customer profile information with precision.
• Complete routine maintenance, service requests, account servicing, and transactional requests efficiently and accurately.
• Execute customer communication strategies including mailings, digital correspondence, and events.
• Coordinate branch and employee training and activity programs.
• Follow all established audit and compliance procedures.
• Refer sales opportunities to other departments or bank affiliates in support of established objectives.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail when entering or reviewing customer and financial data, minimizing errors and rework.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive records to support audits, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Proactively identify and correct discrepancies or incomplete information prior to processing.
• Effectively balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and service excellence.
• Continuously integrate feedback and training to refine processes, improve efficiency, and enhance independent execution.
• Stay current on all Bank products, services, procedures, policies, and applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
