Qualifications

• Willing to obtain FINRA registrations: SIE, Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years financial services/fixed income experience beneficial
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and learning internal software
• Must be a team player with strong confidentiality and organizational skills
• Able to interface with all levels of staff and clients professionally

Responsibilities

• Learn and service needs of various accounts to answer client/advisor questions
• Develop knowledge of forms and account procedures to assist clients
• Utilize research and technical support tools
• Produce qualitative analytical reports using software
• Promote firm services by strengthening advisor relationships with timely responses
• Interact with local office staff, Financial Advisors, and management
