Job summary

Cape Cod Five is seeking an Investment Services Assistant to support Investment Officers in the operation and development of the Investment Services program. You will provide excellent customer service to promote long-term client relationships and coordinate with all areas of the bank.

The role requires knowledge of financial products, regulatory compliance, and strong administrative skills to assist with account management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Financial Services/Investments.
• Series 7 license and Series 65/66 licenses preferred (or to be obtained after hire).
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork and transactions, open new accounts, check paperwork for accuracy, transmit documents and checks.
• Set up and maintain client files; ensure files comply with policies and procedures.
• Follow regulatory requirements including OFAC, BSA, etc.
• Enter and monitor mutual funds and stock orders; process annuity purchases.
• Act as liaison between advisor(s) and back office; support product providers.
